What happens to it
Form submissions are sent to the firm by email and are not stored on this website or in any database connected to it. We keep the information in our internal systems, which only firm personnel can access.
What we do not do
We do not sell your information. We do not share it with advertisers. We do not use it to market to you.
This website does not use analytics, tracking pixels, or advertising cookies.
Confidentiality
Information you send before we agree to represent you is not protected by attorney-client privilege. We treat it carefully regardless, but the protection does not begin until representation does.
Immigration status
We do not share client information with immigration enforcement except where the law requires it. If we ever received a subpoena or other legal demand for client information, we would respond as the law and our professional obligations require, and would notify the affected client wherever we are permitted to do so.
