If you fill out the contact form, we collect what you type into it: your name, your contact details, your preferred language, and what you tell us about your situation. We do not collect anything else through this website.

What happens to it

Form submissions are sent to the firm by email and are not stored on this website or in any database connected to it. We keep the information in our internal systems, which only firm personnel can access.

What we do not do

We do not sell your information. We do not share it with advertisers. We do not use it to market to you.

This website does not use analytics, tracking pixels, or advertising cookies.

Confidentiality

Information you send before we agree to represent you is not protected by attorney-client privilege. We treat it carefully regardless, but the protection does not begin until representation does.

Immigration status

We do not share client information with immigration enforcement except where the law requires it. If we ever received a subpoena or other legal demand for client information, we would respond as the law and our professional obligations require, and would notify the affected client wherever we are permitted to do so.

You can ask us what information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Some information we are required to retain under our professional obligations. Write to us at the address below.

Children

This website is not directed at children under 13 and we do not knowingly collect information from them.

Changes

If we change this policy we will update the date above.
